A creative “new make” spirit from Echuca Distillery. Victorian Raw Honey and Mexican Agave Nectar are both fermented and double distilled at our award-winning distillery. Makes a stunning Margarita, Honey Bee or your bespoke cocktail.
40% ABV
Honey Bee
60ml Honey Agave Spirit
30ml Agave Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
Fill Mixing Glass with Ice Cubes
Add all ingredients and stir.
Strain into cocktail glass over ice.
Garnish with Honeycomb Chunks
