Fermented and Distilled from the sap of the Coconut Flower, then lightly aged. A refined and subtle spirit reminiscent of a new make rum and young grain whisky.

90ml Coconut Water
15ml Lime Juice
Build over Ice and Garnish with a Lime Wedge or Dehydrated Pineapple
