Mitchell –
Whilst, as a smokey mezcal fan, I had hoped the smokey flavour might be more pronounced, this is still an extremely good, smooth yet peppery spirit with a hint of smoke. Perfect for sipping and I’m keen to experiment with mixing it.
Very happy to see Australian producers exploring this area and producing such high quality products.
