This Small Batch, Limited Release Agave Spirit is a beautiful balance of flavour and aroma, with a kick!
Drink straight, on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail.

Ingredients
60ml Chilli Lime Agave Spirit
20ml Lime Juice (fresh is best)
20ml Simple Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with slice of lime and chilli (charred)

These flavours are so easy to get wrong, so many attempts at this sort of thing have either too little or too much heat, or smell like dish soap, or are just sugar.
This spirit is extremely well balanced, I think the capsicum is really integral to the whole falvour, there’s a sweetness that is just right, and with the warmth of the chilli and acidity of the lime, its absolutely perfect.
The high quality of the base spirit is integral to the success of this flavour blend, I am very pleased to see Australian producers exploring Agave spirits and producing such high quality products.

At the risk of encouraging more people to buy this, and it selling out (and me not being able to buy more), I have to post a review encouraging people to do exactly that. Like many, I swore I wouldn’t drink Agave (Tequila) again. We’ve all been there. Now I’ve come crawling back (in a good way, not the normal crawling associated with Tequila). Forget the “lick, sip, suck”. Buy it, sip it on the rocks; let the ice melt & the flavours open. It’s dangerously delicious, and it’s my new favourite drink. Well played, Echuca, well played.
