If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@echucadistillery.com.au with valid proof of purchase as well as evidence of fault and your item will be replaced.
Should you make an error when ordering through our online store, please email us at info@echucadistillery.com.au. Your item can be refunded up to 31 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in original and saleable condition. You are responsible for any additional postage charges. Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it, as well as provide approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back via the same payment method as originally used. Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
