The Pavlova Pash Cocktail Package brings a taste of summer to every glass. This gift-boxed set makes more than ten cocktails and includes everything you need, our Butterfly Pea & Passionfruit Gin, Lemon Myrtle Vodka Infusion, Passionfruit and Vanilla syrups, plus a recipe card. Just add lemon juice and egg white for the signature froth, shake, and finish with a meringue kiss for a show-stopping serve.

- Recipe Card
- 1 X 500 ml Maiden’s Butterfly Pea & Passionfruit Gin - ABV40%
- 1 X 200 ml Vodka Infusion – Lemon Myrtle ABV40%
- 1 x 200 ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 x 200 ml Vanilla Syrup

Recipe:
- Add 30ml Butterfly Pea & Passionfruit Gin to Cocktail Shaker
- Add 15ml Lemon Myrtle Vodka to Cocktail Shaker
- Add 15ml Vanilla Syrup to Cocktail Shaker
- Add 20ml Passionfruit Syrup to Cocktail Shaker
- Add 15ml Lemon Juice to Cocktail Shaker
- Add 15ml Egg White to Cocktail Shaker
- Dry Shake. Then Shake with Ice
- Fine Strain into Coup Glass
- Sift Icing Sugar on Top (Blowtorch center until Brown)
- Garnish with a Meringue Kiss
