This rim salt pairs beautifully with all five of our agave spirits.
We love it on the rim of a Classic Margarita:

60ml Echuca Distillery Silver Agave Spirit
30ml Orange Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method:
Spread a small amount of Echuca Distillery Margarita Rim Salt on a plate.
Wet the rim of your cocktail glass with a lime wedge.
Then dip or roll the glass in your Rim Salt.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add wet ingredients.
Shake vigorously and strain into glass.
