Small batch Gin, handcrafted in the Port of Echuca, distilled in ‘Lavender’ our Copper Pot Still. Aged in French Oak Barrels previously used for Port Wine, Providing the complex finish to this fine drinking Gin. Sip it neat over ice or mix it in a Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan or our favourite, the Gin Martinez.
40% ABV

Kate –
A distinct raisiny port aroma, a hint of vanilla aftertaste from the oak barrels and a complex sweetness familiar to fortified wine drinkers, balances beautifully with the traditional gin bitterness. Overall my favourite from the tasting set I ordered, and a unique gin experience.
