Small batch Gin, handcrafted in the Port of Echuca, distilled in “Lavender” our Copper Pot Still. Balanced blend of classic botanicals complimented by a lift of fragrant Ginger. Japanese native Yuzu is added through Vapour Infusion adding flavours of Grapefruit, Mandarin and Orange. Citrus heaven.
40% ABV
