High Street Dry Gin, 500ml
Small batch Gin, handcrafted in the Port of Echuca, distilled in our Copper Pot Still. A balanced blend of 9 classic Gin botanicals plus 4 Indigenous botanicals (wild thyme, lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle and pepperberries), herbs and fruits produced through Vapour Infusion. We only use the highest quality raw materials, and these are sourced both locally and from around the world.
We then add the fresh Australian oranges to the vapour trail producing a classic Dry Gin where the juniper is still the star but is supported by a big burst of citrus. This results in a complex Gin that is easy to drink – both on its own or in your favourite G&T. Garnish with a Orange Wedge.
