Local quinces were used to make this delicious gin. It is a small batch limited to 100 numbered bottles.
A subtle sweetness of the delicious quince up front with a backbone of spices (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, and mace) that add a wonderful complexity, this gin makes a yummy gin and tonic. Or get creative with a winter-style cocktail.
