Small batch Gin, handcrafted in the Port of Echuca, distilled in our Copper Pot Still. Cadell’s Navy Strength Gin combines all the classic botanicals used in our Dry Gin but with the addition of Lemon Myrtle from Australia and Lime from the West Indies.
A higher proof gin with a clean and intense palate. The combined citrus flavour makes this a great gin to drink on its own or in your favourite cocktail. Garnish with Lime Wheel.

I was gifted a little of this to try and initially wondered about the ‘Navy Strength’ tag and was expecting something a little rough at 57%
I was so wrong and happily so. A delight and depth of flavor setting a high benchmark. Enjoyed it both neat and with a decent tonic water.
Most impressed and will be restocking.
