Crossen’s Kumquat Gin, 500ml

Small batch Gin, handcrafted in our award-winning distillery situated in the heart of the Port of Echuca and distilled in our copper pot still. A balanced blend of botanicals, herbs and fruit with locally grown Kumquats incorporated both by vapour infusion and maceration.

40% ABV

Pairs wonderfully with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and makes a delicious Jasmine cocktail.

45ml Echuca Distillery Crossen’s Kumquat Gin
7.5ml Echuca Distillery Curacao/Triple Sec
7.5ml Campari
22.5ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into cocktail glass.
