1 X 200 ml Vodka Infusion – Lemon Myrtle ABV40%
1 x 200 ml Passionfruit Syrup
1 x 200 ml Vanilla Syrup

You will need to supply:
Egg White (1 per cocktail)
Lemon Juice
Icing Sugar & Meringue Kiss (Optional Garnish)
Cocktail Shaker

Recipe:
Add 30ml Butterfly Pea & Passionfruit Gin to Cocktail Shaker
Add 15ml Lemon Myrtle Vodka to Cocktail Shaker
Add 15ml Vanilla Syrup to Cocktail Shaker
Add 20ml Passionfruit Syrup to Cocktail Shaker
Add 15ml Lemon Juice to Cocktail Shaker
Add 15ml Egg White to Cocktail Shaker
Dry Shake. Then Shake with Ice
Fine Strain into Coup Glass
Sift Icing Sugar on Top (Blowtorch center until Brown)
Garnish with a Meringue Kiss
