Our Italian born copper still ‘Lavender’, a little friend of the legendary ‘Matilda’, creates the distilled magic at Echuca Distillery, and through many years of research and development (and plenty of tasting along the way), we have developed a range of 100% natural spirits we know you’ll love.
We are a small-scale craft distillery with a big heart, showcasing and demonstrating the distillation craft of spirits including gin, flavoured vodka and liqueurs.
We know you’ll soon have a favourite spirit here at Echuca Distillery, but we want you to try them all.
Our co-founder and head distiller David has the technical expertise from years playing with flavours, perfumes and essential oil distillation, which has culminated in the creation of quality artisan spirits.
